Apply to forehead, chin and cheeks. Make circular movements from the chin to the temple and towards the hairline.

Start LITTLE BY LITTLE, beginning with low concentrations and every other day. 

Use about three days a week and increase the frequency if your skin tolerates it well. You can increase the concentration progressively.

You should always apply them in your NIGHT TIME ROUTINES. 

In the morning you should use a sunscreen.

DO NOT use them during PREGNANCY OR BREASTFEEDING.

It is important that your protective barrier (stratum corneum) is in good condition, nourished and moisturised.

You should not use retinoids at the same time as other potent active ingredients such as acids.

They should not be used in summer or at times of sun exposure.
